By adding or using Kaizen Bot ("the Bot") in your Discord server or account, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Bot and remove it from your server.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the Kaizen Bot developer, ItzzDeadWarrior ("Developer"). By using the Bot, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and meet the minimum age requirement of Discord's Terms of Service.
Kaizen is a free, open-source multipurpose Discord bot that provides moderation, anti-nuke protection, giveaways, ticket systems, welcome messages, logging, and other server management features. The Bot is provided "as is" without any guarantees of uptime, availability, or feature continuity.
You agree NOT to use Kaizen Bot to:
The Bot may store certain data necessary for its features to function, such as guild settings, user preferences, prefix configurations, and premium status. This data is used solely to provide Bot functionality. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
Kaizen offers optional premium features. Premium status is granted at the discretion of the Developer and may be revoked if these Terms are violated. Premium payments (if applicable) are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Kaizen's source code is open source. You are free to self-host the Bot for personal or community use, provided you:
The Developer makes no guarantees about the Bot's uptime, availability, or continuity of any specific feature. The Bot may be taken offline for maintenance, updates, or other reasons at any time without prior notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the Bot, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Developer reserves the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Bot at any time, without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason at the Developer's discretion.
The Developer may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Significant changes will be announced in the Support Server.
