This Privacy Policy explains how Kaizen Bot ("the Bot"), developed and operated by ItzzDeadWarrior ("Developer", "we", "us"), collects, uses, and stores data when you use the Bot in your Discord server or account.

By using the Bot, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in this policy.

1. What Data We Collect

Kaizen collects only the minimum data required to provide its features:

• Guild (Server) Data: Guild ID, server name, configured prefixes, channel/role settings for features like welcome, logging, tickets, antinuke, autorole, and automod.
• User Data: User ID, username, premium status, no-prefix permissions, and giveaway participation records.
• Message Data: The Bot may temporarily process message content to execute commands or apply automod rules. Message content is not persistently stored unless explicitly required by a feature (e.g., autoresponder trigger phrases).
• Event Data: Member join/leave events, ban/unban events, and other Discord gateway events used to power logging, welcome, and anti-nuke features.

2. How We Use Your Data

All collected data is used exclusively to:

• Operate and deliver Bot features as configured by server administrators
• Store server-specific settings and preferences
• Manage premium subscriptions and feature entitlements
• Log server events when logging features are enabled by administrators
• Protect servers via anti-nuke and automod systems

We do not sell, share, or monetize your data in any way.

3. Data Storage

Data is stored in local SQLite database files on the server infrastructure running the Bot. Data is not uploaded to third-party databases or analytics services. Guild and user records persist until:

• The Bot is removed from the server (guild data may be retained for up to 30 days before deletion)
• A user or admin requests deletion
• The Bot is permanently shut down

4. Data Sharing

We do not share your data with any third parties except as required by law or to comply with Discord's developer policies. The Bot interacts with Discord's API but does not transmit your data to any other external service.

5. Data Retention

Server configuration data is retained as long as the Bot is active in your server. Upon Bot removal, data may be retained briefly to allow re-addition without reconfiguration, then purged. You may request immediate deletion at any time through our Support Server.

6. Security

We take reasonable precautions to protect stored data. However, no system is 100% secure. We recommend not storing sensitive information in Bot-managed channels or configurations.

7. Children's Privacy

The Bot is not directed at individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided data to the Bot, please contact us immediately.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a summary of data stored about your server or account
• Deletion: Request deletion of your server's data at any time
• Correction: Report inaccurate data for correction

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be announced in the Support Server. Continued use of the Bot after policy changes constitutes acceptance.
